Are you ok? Are you Happy? Something has gone through your mind now, right? we all goes through some ups and downs in our life journey. But when I asked you whether you are ok or not, something has got stuck in your mind. Surely it has to be a bad experience that faced by you. You did an excellent job if you have fearlessly faced that problem and moved on...Great!

But what about others? Those who have not yet recovered from that traumatic experience. There comes the relevancy of Mental Health Awareness. Yes, Mental health is as vital as physical health to our overall well-being and quality of life.  

In a world that moves at breakneck speed, mental health often takes a backseat to the demands of daily life. Yet, it is as crucial as physical health in ensuring a fulfilling, balanced, and productive life. This blog dives into the importance of mental health awareness, the stigma surrounding mental health issues, and how we can create a supportive environment for those who are suffering from Mental health issues.

How can we fight against Mental illness

You can talk to your loved ones about your feelings. Feel free. Just concentrate on yourself. Leave all the negatives behind. Here are something to promote Mental Health Awareness;

    • Policy and Advocacy: Back laws that increase public understanding of mental health issues and allocate funds for mental health care. Campaigning can result in more financing
